From first touch to first team — a journey built on passion, discipline, and growth.
At Al Ittifaq FC, we believe every great player starts with a strong foundation and a clear path forward. Our football pathway is designed to nurture talent at every stage — from a child’s very first session to the pride of representing the first team.
academy
Where it all begins. Young players are introduced to the fundamentals of football — technique, coordination, and a genuine love for the game. The focus here is on fun, discipline, and building strong foundations for the journey ahead.
youth club
Skills sharpen and understanding grows. Players start developing tactical awareness, teamwork, and competitive spirit through structured training and match experience — laying the groundwork for the next level.
next gen team
The bridge between potential and performance. Players are pushed further — physically, mentally, and technically — as they prepare to compete at a higher standard and step closer to first-team football.
first team
The pinnacle of the pathway. Players who've earned their place through dedication and growth now represent the club at the highest level — competing, leading, and inspiring the next generation coming through.
